Consumers

• • Must be 18 years or older
• • Responsible for accurate account information
• • Agree to platform community guidelines
• • Understand cash back rewards terms and conditions
• • Must make legitimate purchases to earn rewards

• • Premium membership: $89/month (special introductory pricing)
• • Billed monthly in advance
• • Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• • 30-day notice required for cancellation
• • No refunds for partial month usage

• • Earnings range: $25-$600 per approved video
• • Payment within 7 business days of video approval
• • Requires completed tax documentation (W-9/1099)
• • Payment via direct deposit or check

Cash Back Rewards

Referral Commissions

User-Generated Content

• • Users retain ownership of their personal content
• • Platform receives license to display and distribute content
• • Users responsible for content accuracy and legality

Video Quality Requirements

• • Minimum 1080p HD resolution
• • Clear audio without background noise
• • Stable footage with proper lighting
• • Professional presentation and appearance
• • Adherence to brand guidelines and requirements

Content Review Process

• • All videos subject to review before approval
• • Business has final approval authority
• • Revisions may be requested for quality or compliance
• • Payment only for approved content

Informal Resolution

Before filing any formal dispute, parties agree to attempt informal resolution through direct communication or mediation.

Binding Arbitration

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

User-Initiated Termination
