1. Decide what success looks like

Before filling in dates, pick 13 simple outcomes youd like to see in the next 90 days. Keep them easy to measure:

  • Add 50 new Webigo members through our QR codes.
  • Increase repeat visits from members by 20%.
  • Collect 15 new public reviews from Webigo members.

2. Month 1 Foundations and first wins

In the first month, focus on tightening your basics and creating visible early wins for both staff and members.

  • Review your Webigo profile and offers (BA-103).
  • Run through your first 7-day plan again if needed (BA-104).
  • Launch or refine one strong first visit reward.
  • Invite your best existing customers to join via QR codes (TPE-301).

3. Month 2 Traffic and engagement

Now that the foundation is set, increase the volume of people seeing and using your rewards.

  • Promote your Webigo membership on social once per week.
  • Highlight IGO Bucks and never leave empty-handed in your messaging.
  • Experiment with one new offer from the Zero Cost Marketing track.
  • Schedule your first Webigo-specific email or SMS message (RDS-402).

4. Month 3 Retention and advocacy

In the third month, lean into keeping members active and turning your happiest ones into advocates.

  • Run a members first mini-event or promotion.
  • Ask 23 happy members per week for a review or referral (RDS-403).
  • Use your Webigo dashboard to identify inactive members and invite them back (RDS-401 & 402).
  • Test a small IGO Bucks thank-you for successful referrals.

5. Put it on a calendar your team can see

Whether you use a wall calendar, a Google Calendar, or a shared notebook, write down specific actions, not just vague ideas:

  • Every Monday: check Webigo dashboard for new members.
  • First Tuesday of each month: send one Webigo member message.
  • Last week of each month: ask 3 members for reviews.

6. Review and adjust every 30 days

At the end of each month, take 1015 minutes to look at your Webigo dashboard and ask:

  • Are member signups growing, flat, or shrinking?
  • Are IGO Bucks being used steadily, or piling up unused?
  • Which rewards or offers are pulling the most visits?

Based on those answers, tweak one thing for the next month not ten things. Small, steady adjustments beat big resets.

Congratulations finishing this lesson means you now have a clear roadmap for using Webigo over the next 90 days. You can return to any Track 14 lesson whenever you want to refine a specific piece of the system.
