BA-104 · Action checklist
Your First 7 Days on Webigo
This is a short, practical action plan for your first week on Webigo. Use it as a daily checklist for you and your staff so that, by the end of day seven, your listing is live, visible, and already creating small wins with real customers.
Goal for the week
Go from “just joined” to “fully live and ready to promote” with a simple, repeatable plan.
Time needed
Ten to fifteen minutes per day, or one focused 60 minute block with your team.
Best used as
A printed checklist or shared staff note you can review at shift meetings.

The 7-day Webigo launch checklist
Use this same sequence every time you add a new location.
Day 1 · Confirm your listing details
- Log in to your Webigo business dashboard.
- Confirm business name, address, phone, and website.
- Update your hours, holiday schedules, and parking notes.
- Add or update at least one main photo of your location.
Day 2 · Tighten your profile message
- Use the BA-103 templates to refine your headline and story.
- Highlight what makes you different from chains or big-box competitors.
- Check that your main photo and profile text tell the same story.
Day 3 · Turn on your first reward or IGO Bucks offer
- Select a simple “first visit” or “next visit” incentive.
- Make sure the reward is safe for your margins and easy to understand.
- Confirm how IGO Bucks will be earned and redeemed at your location.
Day 4 · Place your QR codes
- Print or display your primary Webigo QR code near checkout or entry.
- Add a code to at least one flyer, table tent, or menu position.
- Test a scan yourself to make sure it goes to the right page.
Day 5 · Train your front-line staff
- Explain in one sentence what Webigo is and why you joined.
- Give staff a simple script to invite customers to scan and join.
- Make sure everyone knows how IGO Rewards work at your business.
Day 6 · Invite your “easy wins”
- Personally invite your regulars and most loyal customers to join.
- Post one short message on your main social page with your QR or sign-up link.
- Let customers know they can use IGO Bucks at other participating businesses too.
Day 7 · Review and adjust
- Check your Webigo dashboard for new members and redemptions.
- Ask staff what questions customers are asking and where they get stuck.
- Make one small tweak to your profile, offer, or signage based on what you learned.
Optional · Repeat for new locations or new staff
Keep this 7-day plan as your standard onboarding sequence whenever you:
- Open a new location or add a new service line.
- Promote a manager who needs to understand Webigo.
- Bring on new staff who talk to customers about rewards and IGO Bucks.
Tip: Many businesses print this page and literally check off each step with a pen. Simple, visible progress is usually better than a complicated “perfect” plan.
